Kia PMS

Kia Congressional. Di nila ako siningil ng corkage nung pina-PMS ko yung Sportage for 22,500km PMS. Ako nagdala ng oil (Motul H-Tech 100), oil filter at air filter. P1,440 lang binayaran ko sa kanila, labor + materials.

AFAIK, Zic RV is FS, Kixx Turbo RV is SS. Zic UP is the equivalent SS.

According to IMm29 in the Hyundia http://tsikot.com/forums/hyundai-car...87/index4.html section, you could get the Zic RV for P1.4K~ per 6L from Jared in Sulit last September. Ako naman Zic Up, kuha ko before is PHP 825 / 4L at PHP 225 / 1L from the same guy.

I had the same issue before, I went Zic since its the brand that the Kia recommends (not that I care much about Casa oil recommendations but still) and after some research, it seems better and a few guys are recommending it.

Zic UP - SS oil

Ako kahit FS oil gamit ko sa R-eVGT, every 5000kms parin ang change oil ko, medyo magastos pero sigurado ako malinis

Tapos Motul CRDI-specific pa, dami pela ah! Hehe! AFAIK, SS is supposed to last for 7,500 kms but already change it at 5000 kms. FS change interval is 10,000 kms.

This time I'm going to try Zic muna Pag okay naman, might stick to Zic nalang. Magastos din mag-Motul.

ang alam ko pag wala na warranty pwede kahit saan na wala na corkage fee. pero dati sa kia alabang at kia quirino manila hindi ako siningil within warranty pako nun.

sa pasay parin ang pinaka ok sakin na service.

Kia LP will let you bring your own oil. As for parts, you could talk to them. I just bought my oil filter from them since the price difference is small.

Their oil has decent API ratings, though they do not carry the API star logo.

At least there diesel oil is API CJ-4 vs most lower dollar oils in the Philippines being just CF rated also with some having a total base number of 10 looks pretty good.

Their automotive oil also looks good from a rating standpoint.

Yung RV+ high viscosity, 15W-40 ata yun. IMO masyadong mataas na for R engine..

just had my 5K PMS in kia north edsa.. brought my own oil and filter.. casa charged me P470 only..

free labor pa yung 1st PMS .. what's great with north EDSA is i check on the car while it's being serviced so sure ako na talagang ginamit yung oil ko.

free labor pa yung 1st PMS .. what's great with north EDSA is i check on the car while it's being serviced so sure ako na talagang ginamit yung oil ko.

Mas grabe sa wheels. 670pesos per liter ang singil nila. Sa north edsa, 400 lang. Search mo zic oil sa sulit. Jards yung seller

Php670 / li? grabe, haha. they make you pay by the nose and bleed you dry. . .so sa next PMS mo pala sa North EDSA malamang dun na sila babawi....

i will always bring oil and filter and other parts for rplacement.. mas mura pa rin even if i pay corkage.

btw, may natira pang konting oil sa container.. may expiry ba ito pag nabuksan na ?

no sir, just use it for topping up. I usually find myself needing to top-up every month. Pero onte lang naman.
