I agree with Ry. if you have a big car like a van or SUV, you can mount a compressor on the undercarriage. you need a compressor to power the truck horns.

if you opt to have s simpler setup, you can opt for smaller airhorns with small or built in compressors. options are
stebel nautilus (high pitched but loud)
    bosch airmaster(high pitched but loud)
fiamm gran turismo or dual trumpet - this is my favorite (highest pitched but loud)
mitsuba turbine horn - the imitation is louder than the original one(low pitched but loud)

you need to open the horn and put glue on the screws inside, then seal the whole thing with silicon - this technique is being done by a friend of mine who installs mitsubas on cars

I'm using a Stebel GP2 dual-trumpet compact airhorn for more than a year tapos mahilig magbabad sa busina (upto 10 secounds continuous) lalo na pag nasa highway. Upright yung compressor (para maka-self lubricate ng maayos ang motor) at mataas ang mounting (para sa flood fording), covered ang compressor ng Mitsubishi logo pag binalik ang front grill (hindi makapasok ang tubig sa air inlet ng compressor when mobile even in heavy rain), naka-cable ties ang hose attachments, and ginamitan ng gauge-12 wires with the supplied Stebel 30-amp relay and a 30-amp inline fuse (louder compared to the computed 20-amp fuse for the 240-watt compressor).

I have two pairs of Mitsuba turbine copy. I'm telling you, parang compressor horns ang tunog sa lakas!

Boss watusi, pwede po pahingi ng instruction on how to make the horns durable? Alin ang lalagyan ng glue and silicone? Yung silicone na pang aquarium kaya pwede na?

    Thanks!

I don't know if it's just me or the stock horn of Fort, Innova and Hiace seems loud enough for me
