Any suggested resorts in subic with white sand and clean surroundings? Places to check out and where to eat to is much appreciated. Thanks!

No white sand beaches in Subic. Sorry.
The beach area outside of the Freeport is very dirty, in fairness to the resort owners, their facilities are clean but the beach is a mixture of garbage and human waste roiling among the waves.
The resorts (outside the Freeport) can get a bit expensive considering the area.
The only resort that passed muster on my expectations was Camayan Beach Resort. This is inside the Freeport. No pool however. They do offer dive lessons and tours. There's a fairly big population of jellyfish this time of year, and the occasional shark. Food is okay, prices reasonable.
Go further down the road to Zambales for cleaner (more pristine) beaches.
Or try the beach resorts in Lian, Nasugbu, and Calatagan.

yes there is only camayan beach resort but this can get crowded.
there is old hands beach but not much there, just a bar and some cottages.
or gretchen barretto's kamana. no beach there either.
you can postpone your visit and go there next year, baka tapos na yung new resort they are building just pass the airport. resom resort? mango? don't know the name e.
outside sbma? there is only ocean view, on the zigzag road after going out of sbma, turn left and keep your eyes open. wala pa siguro 1 km makikita mo na on the left side. the road going down is steep. watch out for oncoming traffic. there is a hotel (no star) but no pool. minsan may mga koreana na naglalakad ng hubo dun sa shower room
past ocean view the water is as what lsb said, sewage.
