is this indicative of just how many "non-airport-related" park-ers were filling up the place before?
or is this indicative of how prohibitive the new fees have become?

... with almost empty parking, and resultant almost-empty coffers,
how long before adjustments are made...?

i still think parking IDs and authorization slips are the way to go.

baka these are the ones who parked continuously for several days at na-huli nang transition...

Whats the cost of parking in the adjacent Resorts World? Is it the same or Cheaper? How much is their overnight parking in Resort World?
it might be cheaper to park there than in NAIA3. There is an walkway going from NAIA3 to Resort World.

employee should be allotted slots for them, Not sure but isn't the open parking lot where a fire happened an Employee reserved parking slot?

A portion of the topmost level (where the "overnight" section is located) is allotted and gated off for employees.

At par naman yun rate ng short time parking ng NAIA sa mga malls ah. Bakit sa mall walang nag rereklamo?

Sa overnight lang mataas dahil nga sa mga ginawa ng personal parking nila.

I think the ones most affected will be the guys who fly to the provinces for work/meetings/site visits/events, staying there for several days or so while they leave the car parked at the airport. Malaki matitipid mo compared to park n fly. Some companies even recommend you park your car sa airport for these work trips tapos liquidate na lang.

Yung mga sugarol sa casino tsaka mga residents ng nearby barangays eh inaabuso rin naman talaga. Isama mo na rin yung mga nagtatrabaho sa logistics/brokerage companies that basically use the airport terminals as their office parking lots.

If preventing abuse was the main reasoning, keep the elevated parking rates but give a rebate if presented with a valid boarding pass (to be stamped and/or punched to prevent re-use).

for regular company-parking-authorized organic personnel, bigyan nang scan-able ID.

    in my opinion,
whoever was in charge of the planning, flubbed it.
hindi nag-isip. probably dahil baguhan siya. kulang pa karanasan.
    heh heh.
yup like show the boarding pass. Sa St Luke's nga P600 first 2 hours ang parking IF NOT validated pero pag validated P65

Hinatak na kaya yung mga nakapark diyan na taon na? I remember na-post sa VisorPh yata yun na mga kotse sa T3 parking na ang kapal na ng alikabok, including a Mazda 3 hatchback na I've been seeing since 2015.

    i agree.
validated park-ers should be honored and given privilege.

and unless it can be shown that hindi naman napupuno ang parking slots, that there are many empty slots even during rush hours,
there should not be any agreement of slot reservation with other establishments.
the parking facility's intended costumer base are the airport users and not the nearby establishments.
