2nd, at 668+, if they add on the 12% vat, doesnt make it that cheap anymore, considering the dates for the flights are the low season period, so its expected to see $800 or so tickets from airlines like Cathay Pacific, which are mileage accruable, while PAL's 668+ is non accruable.

I'd say again that at $0.8K per person to and from the US, it's still not bad bro. We got $1K per person (for 4 persons) last Apr/May on a supposed promo fare... $200 per person is already a good 'pocket money'....
