December 27th, 2008 04:18 AM #1Changed the clutch plate, release bearing and pressure plate (AISIN), mahirap pa rin ipasok sa primera o atras yung kambyo pag uminit na (driving from QC to malolos, about 50-60kms). Ano kaya cause nito at paano to maayos? Bagong palit na rin yung transmission fluid.
Gaano ba katagal ang itinatagal ng pressure plate (OEM) vs Replacement?

I suggest have your clutch system adjusted and use the recommended fluid based on the owner's manual....good luck.

December 31st, 2008 12:55 PM #6try adjusting the clutch pedal first.. dapat hindi tukod and adjustment and dapat yung pag tapak mo ng todo sapat lang para pumasok ang 1st gear... you can shift the gears as soon as the pressure plate disengages the clutch disc kaya no need to push it to the maximum range of the pedal..
in common terms dapat yung clutch adjustment mo eh MABABAW lang yung tipong pag tapak mo pasok ng 1st gear dapat konting release lang eh kagat na agad ang clutch..
also possible cause is yung clutch master and slave mo need to replace na.. pag umiinit na yung fluid nag expand na causing your clutch to stuck-up..
worst case is sira na yung synchronizer mo kaya hirap na pumasok sa 1st and reverse

I am currently observing the 2SM battery installed on my MU-X, Yuasa brand. Kaka 1 yr lang nito...
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
