sir check the clutch master(its the one with the fluid reservoir), the clkutch slave(its the one thats on the side of teh transmission), and your lines...sometimes it's a very small hole that leaks only when you step on the pedal..

    happy hunting!

    badkuk,

kung minsan kahit walang makitang tagas around the primary and secondary, magkakaroon ng leak yan.

Sa primary, you need to unmount the primary assembly and check the inside of the cylinder and pistons (rubber) kapag may malalim na sugat yung cylinder that's one possible cause, kapag may tama na yung rubber another possible cause.

Sa secondary meron rubber din yan dun sa may isang dulo (i forgot the right term), kapag worn out na yun, you have to replace it.

Just experienced this situation a couple of weeks back.

Wala kaming makitang tagas sa primary, walang sugat ang primary assembly and the piston pero lumulusot ang pedal.

Walang makitang tagas sa boots ng secondary. We bleed the clutch and still the same thing. When we check the rubber dun sa may secondary worn out na, when we replaced it, everything went back to normal.

    HTH

sir artpogi, busted secondary master daw ang me sala. apparently the fluid somehow accumulated inside the rubber fitting so di ganun ka obvious ung tagas.

pinakita sa kin ng mekaniko ung loob ng 2ndary master; "me tama" na raw. di naman sa nagdududa, but wala akong makitang "tama" sa loob:

    ano opinion nyo?

sir, replace the secondary with a repair kit. in case may tama rin ang primary, replace the whole assy.

i agree with sir enzo18, get a repair kit for your secondary.. as for the tama na sinasabi ng mekaniko, you can actually feel it(kung mayroon nga) if you can put a finger inside the cylinder and feel around it, a very small scratch can still be repaired by sanding it down with a very fine sand paper, otherwise get a new secondary if teh scratch is very deep

actually naireplace na ung buong assembly; binanggit naman ng mekaniko before removing the assembly na baka madale pa ng repair kit kung walang sira ung assembly -- kaso meron na daw. di ko lang magets kung san ung "tama" na sinasabi niya

btw, after that, pinapalit ko ung mga belts, and 450 ung hiningi niya sa labor; mataas ba masyado?

it's better to replace the assembly than just the repair kit imo...

ayaw bumomba ng clutch
