quick question lang mga sir... about these two:
Violations In Connection With Licenses
1. Driving without License 1,500.00
4. Failure to carry Driver’s License 200.00
If mahuli ba ako tapos nag-insist si manong manghuhuli na driving without license and i-ticket sakin, pwede ko i-contest by bringing my license sa office nila?

May 31st, 2015 11:23 AM #13Yup, pwede. Dalhin mo license mo as proof. Magkaiba yang #1 and #4 kaya nga magkaiba rin ang penalty nila.
1. Driving without License 1,500.00 = Wala ka talagang valid driver's license. Period.
4. Failure to carry Driver's License 200.00 = Meron kang valid driver's license pero hindi mo nadala for whatever reason.
Valid = Up to date. Not expired.

Specific BAWAL ang motor rider na naka tsinelas ... mas malaki ang multa kaysa di naka-helmet.

Metro Manila Council OKs hike in fines for illegal parking in NCR
Published August 24, 2018 9:00pm
The Metro Manila Council has approved increases in fines for illegally parked cars in the national capital region.
According to Oscar Oida's report on "24 Oras", the fines were increased to make the Metro Manila Development Authority's driver-only scheme on EDSA more effective with alternate routes freed of such obstructions.
The fine for attended illegally parked cars will be raised from P200 to P1,000.
For unattended illegally parked cars, the fine will be raised from P300 to P2,000 aside from the cost of towing. —NB, GMA News

August 25th, 2018 08:49 AM #20many folks i know, bring xerox copies only.
the logic is, pag na-carnap ang kotse mo at orig or cr ang nasa loob, mas madali siyang i-benta.
