*** in the car - parked in public - Is this a crime or illegal?

bawal talaga yan! ang lupit naman nun kung walang tint. mag motel nalang kasi. maski mahal ng konti at least safe.. or nagtitipid or hindi na talaga makatiis sa auto.. hahaha! dami kong friends na ganyan dati gawain. hindi ko gawain yan. bad yan eh. delikado na... bwahahaha

It's safe to make love while parked in Idaho. Police officers aren't allowed to walk up and knock on the window. Any suspicious officer who thinks that *** is taking place must drive up from behind, honk his horn three times and wait approximately two minutes before getting out of his car to investigate.

meron naman..walang pang motel..kaysa sa auto na lang.

Hmm...as far as my little knowledge of laws goes, hindi. Kasi, yung mga acts na pwedeng ikaso yan eh yung mga nang-hipo, nang-molestya (without any ***ual act), nang-halik (without mutual consent or done with malice) at na-nyansing (intentionally, with malice).

AFAIK, hindi pa since may consent naman yung both parties.
