*** in the car - parked in public - Is this a crime or illegal?

Hi Fellow tsikoteers!

I have a friend together with his girlfriend who was caught by a police mobile, making love in their car one time at night..

It started with a flashlight on their window and they were caught red handed doing the act!

They were brought to a precint and the police asked both their parents to come over!

Any similar experiences? What should people do in a case like this? Is this an illegal act? Can the police put you in jail because of this?

Hehehe wala sigurong panglagay dun sa pulis... hahaha kaya sa susunod mag motel na lang.... private na..wala pang eskandalo....

to answer your question.... illegal nga po... making the policemen get an erection (or police arousal) ata ang kaso... (hehehe meron ba nun?)

Yes, it is illegal. We have certain laws against that kind of act. Generally, these laws fall into the category of "public scandal". The "protagonist" of the act could be civily liable (pwedeng makulong) provided that the arresting officers file a case against them 16-18 hours after their arrest. If not, these kids should be released.

yup, illegal yan. i have a friend na nahuli din ng ganyan. dinala sila sa presinto tapus pinatawag ang parents nila. tapus nagpiyansa na lang parents nila... dyahe...

it might be a private car, but it's on a public place. dapat lang na bawal.

buti kamo matitino ung pulis na nakahuli; kung humingi man ng tong e magpasalamat ka na rin -- at least pera lang ang habol...

mura na nga mga motel hehe pero shempre, di cguro napigil..

Nung college rin ako huli rin isang friend ko na girl.. b***j** nya bf nya sa likod ng building.. huli ng guard at kinuha ang ID, binigay sa Admin office namin!
