September 28th, 2005 05:58 PM #2if you guys want exemption from color coding, i can get you at P800 each, good for three months. MMDA issued so definitely its legal. Valid anywhere except Makati. Im just helping out a friend who works in MMDA office. I think this is a new 'racket' of MMDA officials to earn money since most of it would go to their pockets, but nevertheless its legal. Next batch is for Oct-Dec 2005. Its not a plate but rather a certificate. Contact 09223044193.

So, is the SEAG totally legal at walang sabit? Parang I saw this show on GMA7 (not sure kung ano) na kasama nila mga nanghuhuli ng commemorative plates na illegal, tapos I think I saw one na hinuli nila using a SEAG plate! Adds confusion to my mind. :D
