Im on the market for a 2nd hand car and I found one that I like but the owner is a 2nd owner who didn't transfer the ownership to his name but he has the original open deed of sale ..
My problem was when I looked at the CR, its still not computerized but the real problem is the plate number in the original CR form 1996 does not match the actual plate of the unit and the updated OR last year .. Assuming upon release in 1996, no plate available so they put a release plate on the CR .. But how come when the encumbrance was release and they issued a new CR in 2002, the actual plate is still not in the CR ???
What is the remedy for this ??

medyo madugo yan.
you have to go thru the process of TMG clearance first before having that changed by LTO. they need kasi to validate the engine and chassis numbers.

One can only hope.
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
