It is possible to legally beat the police speed radar by painting the car with special radar absorbing paint, like a stealth aircraft?

If you just want to avoid getting caught by the speed police at NLEX/SLEX/SCTEX, it would be simpler to have some sort of switching license plates (ex: James Bond, etc). Go zoom zoom on the expressway, speed cops or none. Then before you approach the exit gates, just press the button to switch the plates.
Hmmm... How about this?

Hahaha. Nagulat din ako diyan, I was running ~140kph when I saw them... tapos nung nag-toll ako, akala ko huhulihin ako.
Kaya from then, kahit gaano ako kabilis sa expressway basta may ganyan na overpass... slow down ako to 90-100kph. Then after, banat ulit.
