this can also serve as proof that it is allowed to drive a vehicle even w/out LTO plates. as long as you have document to show your car is already registered.

kasi technically you can only use your newly acquired vehicle for 7 days from date of purchase diba? Barring the multiple delivery forms daya.
So is this a nod that you can now legally use your new car after the 7 days

Matagal na yan.
Pero hinde masyado iniimplement. Feel ko kasi bago makita ng MMDA yung last digit ng conduction sticker mo, nakalagpas ka na. Unlike plates na very visible.
Conduction sticker kasi matapatan lang ng araw windshield mo mahirap na basahin from afar.

Re. the last number of the conduction sticker, matagal na sinusundan yan it seems. The newer thing is having to make a tempo plate using the conduction sticker number and placing it on your plate number spaces.
Must be a bliss to drive around Metro Manila now
