October 23rd, 2018 09:34 PM #81sinita kami, once or twice.
both times, when we asked the TE where private vehicles like us can drop off passengers, they could not offer any answer.
sa totoo lang, wala namang signage na bawal ang private cars to drop passengers off at the bus stops.
the sign says "bus stop". but it does not say "only".

January 24th, 2020 12:49 PM #85Good afternoon,
Anyone know kung paano ang procedure kung ang registered owner parin ang naka tanggap ng summon letter from MMDA kahit nabili na ung sasakyan?
We received a summon letter from MMDA re:traffic violation and penalties needed to pay. It's under the current owner (nakabili ng sasakyan) nung nangyari ung traffic violation.
Sinubukan ko mag research at ung option lang na nakita ko ay pumunta ng MMDA Main Office sa Orense at magsubmit ng notarized Deed of Sale as evidence, as well as current information ng nakabili ng auto.
Has anyone tried to email the following documents nalang since hassle din kasi na pumunta pa ng main office para lang mag submit ng mga documents na hinihingi nila?
TIA!

if you know the new owner.. just send the summon to him and tell him to pay it otherwise hindi nya ma re register yung vehicle kasi yung alarm nasa vehicle (not sa owner).
nangyari sa akin yan.. binayaran naman nung new owner.. kasi sya din naman mapeperwisyo hindi nya marerenew yung sasakyan.. and I told him to process the transfer na.

January 24th, 2020 10:53 PM #88Anyone here tried to renew their car with LTO, but has a pending violation via no contact apprehension in Paranaque?
Currently has a pending violation with no contact apprehension in Paranaque (sabi nung website nila) but I haven't received any letter.
Also texted LTO to verify my car, said that it has no LTO alarm.

You need to settle it first in Parañaque. Unless it doesn't show in LTO, you can't rely to any website like "mayhuliba.com" and others like you mentioned.
I tried registering my son's car last time and I had to settle first the offense done by my brother in the same place, Parañaque.

No contact apprehensio.
Near DLSU, bawal kumaliwa sa second inner most lane.
Same goes to all intesection in Manila.
Blue-labeled Motolite Gold are factory-supplied OEM batteries with only 1 year warranty.
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
