February 25th, 2006 09:21 PM #11Isnt it when you buy a new motor vehicle, you have a couple option of applying for special plates that are exempted by the coding system. AFAIK, the plates with three alphabets followed by two numerals are exempted from coding but I dont know for sure. It costs PHP 25,000.

February 26th, 2006 01:10 AM #12Alam nyo bro, it's just a matter of paki-usapan. Although I'm using a protocol plate just like "16 NCR __" mas maganda pa rin na paki-usapan mo na lang. Just tell them na iisa sasakyan mo at naghahanapbuhay lamang ng maayos.
