Sinabi lang na maalarm ang driver's license niya and they will singil when the time he/she will renew.
Pero if 10 yrs yung validity ng license, then 10 yrs pa bago ma realize ng owner na naka alarm tag na pala license niya due to this AO.
And that is too late and ma bigla nalang tayo on renewal time.

\Yes, that's why I said it "should've" been.
But I think your "responsibility" is more towards participating in an investigation than actually blaming you for it. Once the investigation concludes that you're not involved, I doubt you'll be charged with anything as long as you filed the proper paperwork at LTO beforehand.
