in my experience,
when i first faced the LTMS, i was found dumb!
ni ha, ni ho, walang instructions na matino on how to go about it.
some well-meaning folks around the lto satellite kinda... helped. but they did not explain thoroughly enough. para bang, akala nila, everyone knows how to computer.
hanggaqng ngayon, i have difficulty using it.
