November 15th, 2019 06:52 PM #1May violation ako "Passing thru red light" around 3am because of an emergency pero ayko na ijustify alam kong may mali ako.
Any thoughts or insight na posibleng makatulong sa akin?

As a general rule they can't arrest you unless you committed a crime or assaulted them when they apprehended you.
If we go by your narration of events I think they violated some protocols when apprehending a traffic violator.
Like only one officer should be talking to you and not gang up on you.

November 15th, 2019 08:14 PM #3Hindi mo ba agad pinakita license mo?
Something else u ain't telling us
Just my 2 cents.

November 15th, 2019 08:35 PM #5Walang excuse yun nag beat ng red light...even nga mga Emergency Vehicle they are bound to obey traffic lights unless guided by an enforcer.

TS? MMDA ba?
Ano ba yung rule na bawal mang gang up and dapat may mission order? is it for MMDA only?
Ang nagiging leeway kasi nila is, may kanya kanyang city ordinance when it comes to handling traffic violations/violators.

November 15th, 2019 11:29 PM #8You have a solid, provable violation and refuse to surrender license so now you're at an impasse with the enforcers. They call the actual police, who now have grounds to suspect you (because you're not cooperating with the enforcers).
If it's really a legit emergency why not just say so? If your 'emergency' is questionable then just give your license and take the violation to avoid the hassle. Getting a record on your license is way better than getting one with the police.

November 16th, 2019 01:56 AM #9Tone down your arrogance, you broke the law. Jyst admit you made a mistake. In law enforcement, there is something called "briefed and released" mostly dependent on the attitude of the apprehendee if there is no harm done or danger of life or property. If you have the bslls to break the law, have the balls to accept consequences.

November 16th, 2019 02:05 AM #10but i am curious,
saang lugal yan na may limang enforcer at may mga pulis pa, at 3 am in the wee morning?
If purely for City driving then get the Emax7. since you already have other cars for longer drives....
