Sana nga. But what strikes me is about the secondhand vehicles. If you sell your car that means you will have to provide also some sort of warranty period to the buyer?

proof that your politicians sometimes do something productive.

"pulitika" or not, if the bill benefits the philippine citizens, then they have done their job.

kung ganun, pati honda-ph's non-outdoor proof finish na din....

concerned ako sa d4-d, sana iimprove nila ang quality kaysa ibayad sa politiko..

    Matatagalan pa ito.

Effectively, in recess na kasi ang Congress, tapos may elections pa, kaya by the time na dadaan sa bicam, pwede pa mag-lobby yung mga car manufacturers.

Sana lang they passed it before they went into recess.

"safety issue" is going to be the issue. it has to be defined concretely going to the length of specifying the parts of the car covered. otherwise, yan ang loophole ng batas na yan. car dealers will have a field day with that. what with lawyers on retainers and we consumers most of us, does not have one or will probabaly not go through the trouble of spending for one just to claim the refund or replacement.
