Its not limited to "8" as the last digit. We requested for "3" as our last digit and the plate got delivered only after 2 months also. Mabagal lang talaga ang processing sa LTO.

sa makati yun ang babasehan nila ng coding mo.. ganito kami sa makati hehe plus take note sa manila no plate no travel AFTER office hours kaya bawal gimik nights.
dito sa qc hindi ako hinuli ng coding lagi pa daan ko sa east ave edsa area dami mmda sa ilalim.
