August 15th, 2011 12:53 PM #1Planning to go to Laiya batangas on coding day
Does Batangas City have number coding? If yes do they have Window time?
Is it strictly enforced?

August 17th, 2011 08:20 PM #4Bro...Meron po Coding din dito sa Batangas City...same as any other city in Manila..except of course Makati na walang window time.
Best route if you will be coming from Manila is via Ibaan/San Jose Exits in Star Toll Hway.
