the tire suppliers are speaking out!
even if they stand to lose from their "na-panis na stocks",
they still stand to gain more, from the proposed tyre lifetime clause...

i am wondering,
did the mvis folks ask the tyre suppliers for their opinions?
baka naman, ginugel lang...

i am curious,
has there been a local study on the pre-rupture condition of the tires that have figured in events on public roads, thru the years?
that would probably have a significant effect on tire legislation...
