    My car is originally green but I repainted the hood and part of the sides to flat black. do I need to get a color change from LTO?The color indicated on my OR is green. I'll attach a pic.

    Welcome to tsikot.

    IMHO - no need as the main color of your car is still green.

    You don't need to apply for color change since they will based the color of your car on its main or major color.
