If thats the case, you would be way ahead in overall costs if you buy either a Corolla or entry-level Camry 2.4L and use the rest of the money to buy fuel.

wala na bang 1.8L engine ang Altis?

In Toyota's official website, it's no longer advertised there, but some dealers still have excess inventory of it, usually being sold with large discounts. When we inquired last May for an Altis, I was surprised to hear that they still have units of the 1.8V, which have Php50K discount. There are no more dark gray units, though, but the other colors (medium silver, silver metallic, and beige) are still available.
