the AE101 is the body code for the Corolla 93 to 97 model.

XE & GLi would refer to the spec of the car, 1.3 carb or 1.6 efi engine and with what kind of interior, mags, etc. it came with from the factory.

the AE101 is the wide bodied corolla, let's see ... the second of the new models that came out from 1990. before the very first altis (ae111)

ee100: corolla xl/xe 93-97 1.3 liters carb

kung gus2 mo matipid sa gas mag xl/xe ka. kung gus2 mo mejo matulin, mag gli ka. hth.

can you guys post the fuel consumption of the GLI and the XL/XE model in city driving

and sa normal yung walang traffic I mean in a highway. thanks

and is my budget w/c is 200K enough for the GLI model?

GLI: 8-9 km/l city driving (assuming the engine is in tiptop shape)
XL/XE: 9-11 km/l city driving (assuming the engine is in tiptop shape)

200k for the GLi model?! meron ka ng makukuha nyan pero chambahan ang maganda and mint condition for that price.

At 200K you can find a GLi but this will probably be the older models (i.e. 92-95) and the mileage/condition will be question mark... You can find a '96-'97 XL and XE if you look around (and di ka maunahan ng mga buy and sell)...
