December 26th, 2019 03:56 PM #175Just got 1, the 1.6 G CVT to be exact. I could've gone for the V variant but I don't like the chrome accents at the doors. Also there's too many features I won't use and don't like (cruise control, electronic parking brake, smart entry).
The G still good, climate control with rear aircon vents, power folding side mirrors, 6 speakers (which sound good!), 6 airbags, rear disc brakes and ofcourse the independent suspension at the rear. Comfort is top-notch, probably better than the new Mazda 3 and current Civic. Handling is precise and the engine/cvt is responsive. Will change to 17" wheels for improved handling. Currently averaging 8-9 kms/l. Haven't taken it yet on long drives.
Negative? The Head Unit is hideous! Probably the ugliest touchscreen unit out there! The interface is bad, graphics is so-so and the bezels is not only big, it's not symmetrical on all sides. And the frame around it is also big. Glad it produces good audio!
Cabin materials is great, mostly soft materials especially on the dash. The fabric seat is a little scratchy though. I wish there was foglamps as the projector halogen is not that strong.
It's a safe, great purchase! Good ride (NVH is above average though there's some tire noise), good-looking, and first to experience that TNGA platform.

January 15th, 2020 11:03 AM #177Can anyone confirm if the 12th gen G model comes with no foglights and no rear parking sensors? I have a 10th gen G (has both foglights and sensors) and I'm considering upgrading but the lack of these features is a turn off.

For a 7-seater under 1 million, the Suzuki Ertiga is definitely one of the best options — it’s...
