My personality and tastes should really have pointed me towards the Mz3, but truth is, the Altis isn't that much of a vanilla car anyway, and is more practical too.
The Mz3 is undoubtedly more fun to drive, but unless you take it out on mountain roads on a regular basis, you don't really enjoy this benefit. Heck, I drive on mountain roads often and I still find the Altis enjoyable. Numb steering, but you can always learn to adjust to it.
On the other hand, the Altis has much, much more space, and this is something you and your passengers can enjoy on a daily basis. In fact, even if I cross my legs in the back seat, I still have enough space and my knees don't touch the front seat.
The Mz3 has the advantage of free maintenance, but the Altis will definitely have better resale value, which is much more than the 30k you save from Yojin3.
Ultimately though, it was price and the availability of a manual that swayed me to the Altis. 843k plus 40k for rims and tires just costs 883k. A Mz3 would cost 965k plus another 40k for 18s and a ducktail would breach 1M. I got to use the 100k I saved for other things.
If I had to get an AT though, most likely it'll be the Mz3. Both are slow anyway so I'll get the slower one that's more fun to drive, and has the same features for a lower price (Mz3 V should be compared to Altis V). I don't really need the space (even if I appreciate it a lot).

Perfectly fine to wax your new car. Your neighbor just doesn't know any better.
I had my new car waxed to protect its paint as early as possible.
As for your seat color, beige would be best to match the interior, but it really boils down to personal choice. I hate how ugly the fit of all leather seat covers are, and how hot leather seats are in the midday sun, so I opted not to use any seat covers at all.

Yup, lots of it actually. I particularly Growl Audio because of the Android OS. It's basically like having a tablet as your head unit. Comes with a backup camera, GPS, internet capability, etc. It's even TV Plus-compatible. Quite pricey at 40k though, but maybe there are cheaper alternatives with the same functionality for a lower price.

Yup, I've already inquired with Gary. Pretty pricey, will cost me about 30k since he also has a fancy DRL setup.
Personally I just want the upgraded xenon lighting from projectors. Might go for stage 2, then change my parklights to T10 LEDs to match the color temp of the HID.
I also asked Tots (schoolmate of mine) from Redline Auto Works and they offer roughly the same cost for the same package.
Honestly I'm waiting for prices to go down a bit. They have quite a monopoly on retrofits since most of the competition focuses on cheap HID conversion kits which suck. I'm hoping for more new entrants in the high-quality retrofit market.
