Yup, the V is worth it (rear sun shade, 16"rims, different instrument cluster, side skirt, etc.).
* buying the rims and other stuff abroad, IMO, if you're buying from abroad, better to have it shipped to a relative's house then have them cargo it to you.

Is yours a Gen 10 or Gen 10.5?
If you're using a a Gen 10, the best oil filter to use would be the Baldwin B233. If you can't hack it to Volmax at Binondo, you can drop Bayen a line and he can ship it to you. (09228522936). For spark plugs, NGK BKR6E-11 or Denso is fine; you can get it at the Toyota CASA if it's convenience you're after (price difference is negligible anyway).
For oil, I'd guess you'll stick to full synthetic. Royal Purple perhaps? Motul? Liqui Moly? Zic? You can find this at Speedyfix, Roadstar (the Fort), or some of the online sellers. Brakes would also need cleaning; for me I usually buy 3M brake cleaner from True Value.
If you have a Gen 10.5, the only place to get the oil filter is OEM at the Toyota CASA or suking Toyota parts store. You cna buy the parts you need at the CASA then take the car to your suking tindahan.

pwede naman kay speedyfix nalang dalhin ni C4U yung altis niya para 1 stop shop nalang. maganda naman oils na gamit ni speedyfix. way better than Toyota repackaged oils.

One can only hope.
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
