Ok lang kahit na sa alin toyota casa dalahin. Iyong Avanza ko ay sa atai binili. Originally duon ako nag papa pms. tapos na punta ako sa shaw. iyong insurance clam ko sa tai iyong una, sa Balintawak ang last. Sa toyota ortigas naman ako nagpakabit ng accessories.

May 7th, 2015 11:33 AM #106after back reading the comments it seems that nothing has changed with Toyota Alabang's service. yes, it still sucks.
this what happened to my friend who as of this writing has consulted us his friends what legal action can he file against TAI. apparently, the poor guys car was brought to Toyota Alabang for radiator repairs and other minor repairs. unfortunately some service personnel rear ended his car while parked inside the repair bay. TAI alleges that it was the fault of one of their OJTs. Talk about negligence.this extended his car's stay at TAI.
worst TAI merely offered to repair the damaged portion of the car na wala man lang pa-consuelo sa inosenteng may-ari.
To confound things further, the guy is being charged 33k for radiator repair that can be had at less than 10k outside. With this exorbitant amount It seems that TAI not just only wants the poor guy to pay for the radiator repair he originally intended to but also the repair expenses for the damaged portions of his car incurred by TAI's personnel plus some extra on the side, ang galing talaga! Adviced the guy to pull out the car.

it is common knowledge... casa repair price is much higher than off-casa repair price.. have you compared price with another casa's?
you can buy a new radiator for 5 K or so, off-casa...
besides, didn't the car owner inquire first, just how much it was going to cost him to repair/replace that radiator?
the amount may be exorbitant, but owner could have walked away, could he not?
fender bender incurred in-casa.. that's another matter.
devil's advocate here..

pumunta dun sa casa without consulting the oldies. he already pulled out the car, and also found out that his hood wont lock as it used to be. ayaw magsara ng maayos. he also discovered the front bumper lost three of the six clips. they brought the car the neighborhood radiator specialist who told him that there is nothing wrong with the rad, only needs some cleaning. he spent around 1800 for the service. He returned the car to TAI for the missing clips and complain about the hood.
yun SA pa raw galit noong nagrereklamo siya.

I had an insurance claim for a very minor repair-paint job for hood and fender for my new Fortuner. I completed the insurance docs until the job order was given in three days. Thanks to the insurance company. However, in TOYOTA ALABANG (REALLY SUCKS), it took me more than 15 days just to have the paint done. THE SERVICE REALLY SUCKS! For you to understand, here's the timeline:
Monday I submitted the car together with the job order. They promise release after 8 days.
Next Monday, I was suppose to pick up the car, only to see that there were bubble marks on the paint of the hood. Tapos, halata mo, yung portion lang ng repair yung pininturahan NOT THE ENTIRE PANEL. Very evident dahil kita mo very smooth yung dating may damage. The other parts were not even buffed. Tapos, sa fender naman, kita mo paint marks and tape marks sa fenderliner. (My car is white, so kitang kita yung paint na white sprayed all over the fender liner and the stepboard!) Sinungaling pa. Sabi nila pang buff lang daw yun e kita mo na nga na spray marks ng pintura!
So di ko tinanggap. Aayusin daw the next day release.
Pagbalik ko next day, I demanded na makitang pininturahan entire panel. Supposed to be for release na pero di pa man lang nakakabit yung hood tapos hapon na! So di ko nakuha. Kasi upon inspection ng hood may mga needle drops scattered sa hood. Kailangan i-buff at repaint.
Next day, I went back. Kinuha ko car, pero paglabas ko, I found paint marks scattered sa steering wheel, leather seats, center console at sa leather sa side ng radio. Natural kailangan nila tanggalin yun so balik na naman. Tapos nakita ko, yung scratches sa fender liner. kinutkot yata to see kung matuklap pa yung paint. Natuklap nga tapos gasgas yung fender liner. Sabi nila papalitan na lang daw. Aminado sila na nagasgas dahil sa kanila.
Pag balik ko, sabi nila napalitan na daw fender liner at narepaint na fender. So inspection ulit. Sad to say TOYATA ALABANG SERVICE REALLY SUCKS.
May mga paint sa headlight, tapos iba kulay ng fender paint against the bumper. Pinalitan daw fender liner. Pero SAME OLD SCRATCHES. Only now mas manipis lang kasi mukang niliha nila. Tapos PINALITAN DAW! TOYOTA ALABANG REALLY SUCKS! Balik ulit. Thursday na to.
Saturday, for release na daw. Pero na inform ako past 5:30 na! So in short, wala na ko time to get it.
Pagkuha today, MOnday, WALANG GINAWA SA FENDER. SAME OLD MARKS. Di rin natanggal yung paints spots sa headlight! ANG kapal namang sabihin na repainted na daw! tumagal ng 3 more days sasakyan sa kanila. Wala namang ginawa! Tapos yung fender na niliha nila ngayon namumuti na ulit. Kasi pinunasan lang ng tire black para mukhang di niliha! My conclusion:
TOYOTA ALABANG REALLY SUCKS!!!
I feel the same way. Not a fan.
