I did the same thing with Honda Cars Alabang and Hyundai Alabang a couple of years ago, and I got an instant response, through a telephone call and action on the issues I was bringing up with them. Also, both of them even sent one of their representatives to the place where I am working to talk directly with me. In both cases, the issue was resolved expeditiously.
Remember, you bought the car with your hard-earned money. You're maintaining it with your hard-earned money. So, you should demand what's rightfully yours.

Wed morning may appointment ako with TAI for 15K PMS.
2. Change carpet - mga 1 to 2 days
3. Adjust clutch, parang malalim na kasi
4. parang maluwag na ang shifter
Thur. afternoon, nag text ako kay Nato kung sigurado na makukuha ko ng friday morning, after about an hour tumawag, di pa raw natapos. Saturday pa raw ng umaga mga around 9:00. Para mapabilis, puwede daw akong dumating ng 8:30 for the processing and payment.
I check the bill. I was charged with 4 liters of fully synthetic oil and oil filter. WTF!
Carpet replacement is free of charge, warranty kasi.
I give TAI the benefit of the doubt. Now, medyo naniniwala na ako.
Gusto ko pag nag pa service ako sa TAI, ako personally ang aasikaso para wala akong problem "after the fact".

damn.... whats up with those Toyota dealerships na hindi maganda ang Customer Service!? specially those around Metro Manila. anywayz, hindi naman ganun ka hirap mag replace ng Spark Plugs, let alone a simple E-brake Adjustment.
*mag open up kaya ako ng Toyota Dealership diyan (or kahit na isang Auto Shop, specializing in all Japanese and German cars) para mapakita ko ang tunay na Customer Service*
aite, peace.
