No vehicle is ever safe from distracted driver, driving under the influence of drugs or intoxicants, stupid drivers and unreasonable speed, and bad road conditions.
Drive defensively and obey road rules, posted speed limit signs and adjust to the road conditions.

Diba based sa hilux ang fort. And recently lang pumasa sa moose test ang hilux. Pansin ko sa video ang bilis tumaob.
The one with the dash cam and the bus is just poor judgement from the fort driver. Pinilit pa kasi

We should learn to respect the fortuner, muntik na akong ma disgrasya din when the car in front of me brake suddenly, sa bigla kong iwas, muntik ko na akong ma involved sa multiple car collision, buti na lng speed namin di gaanong mabilis.

Aside from changing lane at speed, executing a hard brake maneuver as well.
Precisely why it's a hard rule in our car for all to be properly restrained.
