How are the electronic stuff, are they mounted high too?

I know the slightly higher Rav4 has a wading depth of "supposedly" 500mm (close to the EcoSport's 550mm).

I haven't found any wading depth info but based on the video of the Corolla Cross Hybrid, it has the same engine bay layout as the C-HR Hybrid and Corolla/Corolla Altis Hybrid.

This guy is 1.6-1.7 meters tall.

I think this is a common alternator location for most modern engines.

Ford, Mazda, Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi and many more have their alternators in the same general area. Didn't want to fill this post with dozens of photos.

Corolla Altis, Corolla Cross and C-HR, same layout under the hood.
The wading depth advantage of the crossovers (Cross and C-HR) is probably due to the slightly higher ride height compared to the Corolla cars.
