Toyota PH has a recall for almost 29K Raize units | Autoindustriya
Toyota Motor Philippines has issued a recall that covers a total of 28,828 Raize units made between December 1, 2021, through July 15, 2024.Due to improper programming, under certain driving conditions, such as frequent braking operation in high-altitude areas, there is a possibility that the suction pressure in the brake booster could not be maintained as designed. If this occurs, this could make the brake pedal harder to press, which means the vehicle might take longer to stop.

March 23rd, 2025 07:28 PM #7the important thing, was that toyota was contacting the concerned individuals, i.e., the concerned owners.
not all raizes are affected, kasi.
it would appear, toyota were not interested in not informing the not-concerned folks.
it's not the first time toyota did this.
some years ago, there was a quiet recall on some innovae. they contacted me-an-owner and others. it was only much later, that the "news" came out in the media.
Don't think about other brands anymore, just go with Amaron. It lasts minimum 5 yrs+ parati, I just...
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
