Is This The 2023 Toyota Innova? | Carguide
Spied in Thailand ahead of its supposed launch this November, the best-selling MPV may benefit from a brand-new platform and hybrid engines.Like the Hilux and Fortuner, the Innova is still running on a two-decade old IMV platform, a platform that may be swapped for the more advanced TNGA platform. If Toyota does continue to share platforms for its MPV, pickup truck, and SUV range, it will corroborate earlier reports saying that the Hilux and Tacoma will use one global platform moving forward. Other speculations suggest that the Innova will eschew its body-on-frame platform and rear-wheel drive altogether for a monocoque construction and front-wheel drive.

February 23rd, 2022 11:56 AM #2well,
i hope they replace that 'dripping' tail light design,
and shrink the body to 1st gen figures.
i personally find the 2nd gen body, too large.

I just hope Toyota PH offers a longer warranty for their hybrids.
Toyota PH Hybrids -> 3 years, 5 years on the battery
Toyota Malaysia -> 5 years, 8 years on the entire hybrid system (additional 2 years warranty can be purchased, Corolla/Cross battery replacement is only 97K ringgit)
