Per info from one of our friends who was onboard the Trial Run, they were able to hit 110kph in a section in Tiaong, Quezon.

Average speed on flat sections: 70-85kph
Average speed on uplands: 45 kph

^^ T-611 and PS-01 last Friday were both fully booked, PNR had to release a statement na wala ng bakanteng upuan. Nakita ko mismo yung PS-01 sa Calamba and indeed there was a lot of passengers and was 30 minutes ahead of schedule. PS-03 last Saturday utilizing Kiha 52 was waaay faster, more then an hour ahead sa TT nya.

Problem though is yung byahe kanina na T-612 at PS-04 were both delayed by more than 1.5 hrs, probably due to wheel slipping sa Bondoc Peninsula.

I'm expecting mabilis ang byahe nito kahit umuulan kasi specifically designed sha sa temperate mountainous regions in Northern Japan. She was also utilized as the BCT during her brief stay in Naga.

Nakasagasa?
