April 14th, 2011 02:17 PM #101Ano ba ang actual fuel consumption ng Suzuki SX4 crossover (kilometers per liter) ? Their showroom always say it's 10 kmpli, but I just need actual advice from an owner talaga.
Thanks very much.

Hello guys....
I got my SX4 Aero Sedan last week, it was not my first choice but I really had a good trade in deal with my ALTO DELUXE.
Mine came in Pearl White with 17 inch mags and Yokohama Tires, with skirts, front and rear chins.....
It has a display in the dashoboard saying that my FC going back and forth to Valenzuela-Manaoag via SCTEX and NLEX was 12.9km/L....
Hope to hear comments from some SX4 owners...it would be quite helpful...
I also had a chance to drive an SX4 hatchback owned by a Suzuki dealer. Ride was quite good. I can say that suspension was really great for both Sedan and hatchback.
Power - Well, not as powerful as it looks with it's really huge engine, but for me is still manageable....
Aircon - Great...thanks to Denso...
Sound System - Speakers are good, and In-dash CD player has anti-theft mechs....remote keys available on steering wheel...
Security - I love it's keyless system and airbags....
Trunk space - Really spacious...more than I ever need...
Overall - Appearance is quite good...a really huge body...grills are OK, not as good as the HONDA City but I could say better than usual sedans.....the sign "SX4" at the back ruined everything...
As I have said it wasn't my first car of choice but my dealer gave me a trade-in offer I can't and should'nt refuse....lol......

April 16th, 2011 12:41 PM #103Wow, congrats to Altoboy for his new Suzuki car! We hope to hear more from you on your driving experience of the Suzuki SX4, specifically the city driving FC, smoothness of the ride, handling, breaking prowess, etc. I guess power may improve after 1,000KM tune up? In the U.S., the SX4 is 2.0 liter kasi (dito 1.6 liter lang). I guess the reason for this is more of FC.

currently, naghahanap pa ako ng good deal and good buyer

October 29th, 2011 06:01 PM #108my bro-in-law got his sx4 crossover limited edition 1st week of this month. He got it with a low DP (8k) almost 22k monthly for 5 yrs..
been driving the sx4 almost everyday. one thing i noticed is the burnt smell on the rear end. smells like burnt fabric, im just wondrin what it is.
and also when turning left, it has a lot of blind spot that would make you put your face near the windshield just for you to see whre your turning.
FC is 7.3 km/l

just got my sx4 crossover 1.6 a/t last friday, so far so good. here's my initial observations
fc shows 8.6km/l - pretty good gauging from my 1.3 2006 toyota vios m/t which has an average consumption of 11km/l mix city/hiway driving.
front and rear disc brakes - solid stopping power.
instrument cluster - clear and classy, the white and blue backlit display is crisp even if you set at the lowest contrast.
acceleration - just plain OK, average.
a/t gate type trasmission - shifting is smooth and quiet.
suspension - very good, very comfortable. way better than toyota vios.
A-pillar glass designed to eliminate blind spot - with the high clearance of this vehicle and very low gutters here in pinas every u-turn u make has defeat its purpose, it has too much blind spot makes you take the 2nd lane for u-turn just to make sure u wont hit the gutter or better yet open your window during u-turn.
seats - seats are comfortable but ithink toyota vios has a bigger seat.
so far these are what i observed while driving the vehicle for two days now.
Is the eMax 7 battery (Pure EV) a newer blade battery than sealion 6? I know one is hybrid and the...
