With heated windshield, hindi kakapit fog/pawis.
Same concept ng rear defogger sa rainy nights.

April 30th, 2020 12:53 AM #66that's great!
it should be useful in alleviating the outside fog on the front windshield.
india is a vertically long country. its weather ranges from tropical-subtropical to snow. i suppose, that heater is a must.
the manufacturer probably decided that is cheaper to use what aircon he already has in his bodega, than to order a heater-less version for the philippines.
my local 1997 sentra had aircon capable of blowing heated air.
i never used it.
i know it's illogical, but "na-awa ako sa baterya, kaya hindi ko ginamit yung heater."
heh heh.Last edited by dr. d; April 30th, 2020 at 01:04 AM.

April 30th, 2020 07:53 AM #67Heat comes from the hot engine water/coolant being circulated into a small radiator under the dashboard. Its the same coolant going through the main radiator up front. Turning the heater actually just opens a valve. Thats why in manuals its recommended that if you suffer an overheating engine, to turn on the cabin heater to help the main radiator.

(At the risk of sounding like a Suzuki salesman, hehe)
Less need for vision reducing front tint.
2. Longer hood area, easier access during engine repair.
Madami kasing modern designna rakish windshield.
Tapos half ng engine bay halos buried under the dash, hirap mag DIY.
