October 18th, 2018 03:23 PM #1Gurus, Is it OK to put two 92v (speed rating and load index) tires on the rear and two 92h tires in front? Both are 205/60/r16.

I dont think itd be a problem. staggered setups are ok for some setups without compromise. important for me would be having the same tires for the front.

December 30th, 2023 10:53 PM #6There really is no point in mixing tires with different speed and/ or load ratings.
You will always be limited to the maximum speed or load capacity of the lesser tire(s), and ultimately, by the max load capacity of the vehicle itself.
Could also be due to the high demand that the manufacturer prioritized new car deliveries vs. spare...
