September 24th, 2013 11:57 PM #1Not sure where to post this but I drove my car earlier and notice that it feels like the handbrakes are on when you accelerate parang hirap na hirap yung kotse but when you ever so slightly press on the brakes the car stops immediately.
Anyone have an idea of what's causing the problem?

September 25th, 2013 01:26 AM #2Pwede mo naman check kung mahigpit yun mga wheel kung sayad ang brake mo.
Lagyan mo muna mga kalso yun mga tires then release mo yun handbrake. Then isa isa mo iangat ang gulong to check kung mahigpit ikutin. Pwede kasi may sayad na brake or stuckup na wheel bearing.
Malaman mo jung stuckup or sirang bearing kung may lumalakas na ugong pag takbo ng kotse.

September 25th, 2013 01:38 AM #3your brakes may be dragging.
this can be due to:
- your handbrake lever is not completely dis-engaged, or it needs adjustment.
- your brakes are not adjusted.
- your master cylinder-hydrovac-brake pedal axis is not correctly adjusted.
- your brake pads or shoes may already have become unglued and are wedged..
if it's not the brakes, it may be your advancer circuit.. it's not advancing..
or your fuel delivery is impaired..
errr... what's your car and how long have you had it?
on a level flat surface, try to push your vehicle. if you can't, then it's probably the brakes..

September 29th, 2013 12:28 AM #42004 Patrol. My guess is its the handbrake not being completely dis-engaged.
I am currently observing the 2SM battery installed on my MU-X, Yuasa brand. Kaka 1 yr lang nito...
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
