Its all over the blog sites. No turbo. Just a reworked 2.5 liter NA engine with 12 more hp and 2 more lb/ft. Retuned CVT.

The Forester SJ XT model might the last of its kind unless Subaru changes its mind. I wonder why they didn't opt for the 1.6L turbo used on the Levorg 1.6L.

Folks in Car and Driver are hoping that 2.4L turbo might eventually find its way on the new Forester.
