What do you mean by genetics? Is it that if i have an endomorph body type, then i will have more thicker forearms than usual? Ang body type ko kasi is bet. ectomorph and mesomorph eh, according to my erpat who used to lift din before. Pero sobrang payat ko din kasi dati.
