I'm in good health so I don't ask for clearance from my doctor anymore. I take supplements to give me a boost in energy when I work out:
L Carnitine 2000 mg
NAC 600 mg
Sodium Ascorbate 500 mg
Vit D3 1000 iu
Here are the essential (daw) supplements that my health buff friend recommends:
Sodium Ascorbate
Vit D3
Magnesium Citrate
CoQ10 Ubiquinol
I am thinking of taking Magnesium Citrate but I'll skip CoQ10 for now as I find it too expensive.
