motorcycle fork oil is a no go for me..tried it before and naging sticky yung fork ko...ended up buying RS oil

actually rockshox isn't in the business of making oils so they take an off-the-shelf fork oil and rebrand it

the type of oil used mostly depends if it is used both for lubrication and/or damping.

open bath systems require oil that is used for both lubrication and damping. closed systems on the other hand require two separate types of oils.

since the climate of Philippines is mostly hot, you can use less viscous fork oils but in my case, I used 20wt fork oil from Maxima.
