cranberry juice for UTI --- it's clinically proven.
coconut juice has a lot of electrolytes. so it's good for rehydration when u have diarrhea, or after strenuous exercise. it's heathier than sugar/sodium loaded sports drinks.

BJ is good=) yup dami yun electrolytes, it can also be used as a dextrose for emergency, its good for uti, however sip it in moderation, too much of something may be bad, if your taking 8 glasses of it a day, lower it to 4-5 glasses the rest of it would be clean water

agree with the other posts about the health benefits of this.
pero, IIRC, yung friend ko, who's a stone-former, got his stones dahil sa sobrang buko juice (according to him and his doctor)... yung tipong yung canned lang ang ininom and no water at all.
kaya agree ako kay cutedoc.. 4-5 glasses lang.. the rest water na.

November 15th, 2006 05:56 AM #17yes guys mataas uric acid ng buko juice. bawal ako nun before or in moderation dahil sa back pain. ngayon walang back pain pero mataas naman ang trigy and cholesterol, nag kagulo na ata system ko

November 15th, 2006 06:28 AM #18sabi din nila maganda din ang buko juice pang-pa jingle. madalas na akong uminom nyan kasi nagkaroon ako ng kidney stones twice. ok daw na kasama ang buko juice ang water sa liquid diet.

Yan ang pinakamalinis na tubig. Pinakagusto ko yung maliliit na buko napakasarap ng juice nun.

Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
