Got the Lecston fixed. Technician found a broken plastic piece from the input valve blocking the water. The valve regulates the flow to the pressure switch so it can't be bypassed. Workaround was to fix the valve in full open position. I don't touch that valve anyway. I also cleaned the shower heads with a vinegar and baking solution paste. Based on his assessment I don't need to flush out the heater core yet.
He also checked the house voltage as part of the diagnosis process and was surprised it was a steady 220. Most of the BGC condos daw are at 230 and above and he always suggests AVRs especially for inverter appliances to protect from spikes.
