There are now two types of Sun call cards. the regular "Sun Call Card" and the "Call & Text Unlimited" card. this FAQs might help you...

1. What are the 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited promotion mechanics for Prepaid subscribers?

- From October 1-15, 2004 existing subscribers will automatically enjoy the 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited service for FREE. This promotion will apply to all existing subscribers who have loaded 30 days before September 30, 2004.
- Also, beginning October 1, the FIRST 200,000 new Sun Cellular subscribers - both Postpaid and Prepaid - will receive FREE 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited service for 15 days from the time you make your first successful call and/ or text message.

2. How will I know if I already have the free trial 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited load in my account?

- You will automatically enjoy 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited rates on October 1, 2004 if you are qualified for the free trial. You will also receive a text message from 24/7 CTU to confirm this.

3. What shall I do when after the free trial period (either October 01-15 or the first 15 days) I still want to enjoy the 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited?

- When your trial period for free 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited load expires, you simply reload your account with 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited.

4. Can I buy and load up the 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited denomination while I’m enjoying my 15 days Free initial promo?

- You can already buy the 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited call card. However, the expiration of 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited is non cumulative so the validity period will not extend just like that of a regular call card. May I suggest that you wait for the expiration of the Free initial promo before you load your 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited so you’ll be able to fully maximize the free trial offering.

5. My account has already expired but I loaded a regular call card to make it active during the Free Trial period (Oct.1-15), can I still avail of the Free initial offer?

- No, you will not be entitled to the Oct.1-15 Free Initial offering anymore. You have to make your prepaid account active before September 30, 2004 to be able to receive an automatic Free 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited Trial.
- In this case, u need to purchase 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited load so you can enjoy the unlimited Sun-to-Sun calls and texts. The validity of your 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited will follow the denomination you availed of.

6. My account has already expired and I bought and loaded 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited during the October 1-15 period, will I still avail of the Free Trial on top of the regular 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited that I loaded?

- you will no longer be included on the October 1-15 initial offering. In this case, you will have to follow the validity of the 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited that you have loaded.

7. If I load 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited within my free trial period (either Oct 01-15 or first 15 days), what will be the expiration of my loaded 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited?

- The validity period of your 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited will follow that of the one you currently loaded. In this case, you will no more enjoy the remaining free trial period you were given. So we recommend that you load your new 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited after your Free Trial Period expires.

You load a Sun "Regular call card" to call & text other networks but you have to load a "Call & Text Unlimited card" to to use the unlimited calls & text of Sun cellular

FYI... i am not in anyway connected to Sun cellular...

wala akong pera odell eh.. kaya sim lang bibilhin ko ipagpapalit palit ko lang, if andyan naman siya eh globe ako, pag wala siya eh sun ako, madalang lang naman siya wala eh madalas pag gabi lang. tsaka na ang 1 more phone pag may pera na like sa xmas hehehe... unahin ko na yung sim

you wala nga ako na tangap na text eh, pero activate na yun unlimited calls and text ko.

pare the extra fone kahit un mga knalumaan na basta nakaktawag. hehehe. wala lang suggestion lang naman

san po nakakabili ng ganyan kamumurang units? i mean 1t na 3310? greenhills?

Basta within Sun's network, considered local call yun. So kahit nasa probinsya kausap mo basta sun subs, libre pa rin.
