I recently bought Daikin d-smart inverter 1 hp (2units) and Daikin d-smart elite inverter 1.5hp (1 unit) for our new house. 104k all in including installation. I will need to wait for another month to test the unit. Pinauna ko lang para mapinturahan ang tubes kakulay ng walls.

Congratz on your new house. Daikin is also my preferred brand.

    - Carrier (#1 in the market daw)
    - Kolin
    - Panasonic (features an inverter daw)
    - Mitsubishi
    - Samsung
    - General Electric
    - Whirlpool

Most if not all offers free installation(includes copper tubes, etc) for a max of 10 feet only. Brackets are not free and usually around 3K.

I just got my split type aircon installed a 2 months ago and it was cool and economical. My electric bill was only 1k. I didn't use it that much since it is december. An accumulated 72 hours is my estimated use before billing. It was an LG Dual Inverter Type. Check this video link if you wanna see it Split Type Aircon Installation LG Dual Inverter - YouTube

Trying to decide between LG and Daikin. Naka IOT na kasi ang LG washer/dryer namin and the app notifies me kung tapos na ang cycle. This is helpful dahil nasa roof deck ang machine. Is the Daikin app helpful? At least if I get another LG kasi I only need one app to monitor several appliances but most of the folks here recommend Daikin.

Roughly 30 sqm would need a 2 hp aircon. I got my Daikin 2 hp for 42k including installation (1st 10 ft of copper tubing).
