Good thing I saw this. May first gomo which I now use for the car malapit na mag expire ang sim. So kelangan lang pala mag monitor and maglagay ng yearly alarm para hindi masayang.

I just don't fully understand these apps.

I have one email account for globe. Logging with that account on those 2 apps, one globeone app shows me my home broadband subscription while the other globeone app shows me my prepaid numbers.

Ganon ba talaga yon? Can't use one app for all my globe accounts?

Parang ganito rin sa smart/pldt eh. Dami nila app, I can view my smart on 'mypldt Smart" but I can't add my pldt on that app. The only way I can view my pldt is through website.

I hope these companies will consolidate all their products into one app and account.

GlobeOne is for viewing all accounts whether mobile or broadband. GlobeAtHome is for broadband only and mainly used for reporting issues. New GlobeOne has been crap ever since it came out and is useless.

I've been trying to add my landline sa new globeone. Walang dumarating na OTP kahit sabi nya na nagpadala na sya. Sinasabi din na mali yung bday ko, start and end of billing date at due date, kahit yun naman naka sulat sa monthly bills. I just hope they don't sunset the old Globeone.

I really hate how they killed the perfectly serviceable old Globe One for this new piece of **** that doesn't even work.

Management of all the household prepaid accounts was super easy na before. I can load everyone's phones up, even subscribe them to the correct call/data promos from one dashboard. And then Globe pulls this bullshit.

Ang hirap i redeem nung voucher nung globe papunta sa shopee pay. Code lang kasi binibigay ng globeone app. Kailangan pala lagyan ko ng glbe.ph/ sa unahan then it will take me sa giftaway website. Yung mga instruction kasi sa globe website and youtube eh buong link binibigay at hindi voucher code.

Then I have to cashin sa shopeepay using ECPay, then ECPay will give me reference number which I will enter sa giftaway website.

Ngayon ko lang nakita na may points ako sa globe and it seems it expires every March 31? So dami ko pala points na nasayang these past couple of years.

Etong smart kaya? I see I have 20 points pero ilang taon na subscribers family ko I wonder magkano na points na nasayang.
