1. No criminal or administrative proceeding was ever filed against Angelo Reyes, or members of his family by "this administration".

2. Again, it was Sen. Estrada who suggested summoning members of Reyes' family to appear before Senate committee hearings on corruption involving former AFP Chiefs. Last I checked, Sen. Estrada had an axe to grind against Reyes.

3. There is absolutely no connection between the current impeachment case against CJ Corona and the case of Angelo Reyes --- that is, unless the Kool Aid you're drinking says otherwise.

So, kapag na-negative press ka sa ng sunod-sunod sa Inquirer tinatadtad ka na ng government? Laughable logic.

After watching the replays and the Tamano interview last night... hear, hear.

Daza is competent and he projects a calm aura of competence and confidence, whereas Tupas gets visibly flustered when things don't go his way.

Daza can hold his own against Cuevas. While he can't do anything about the merits (or lack of) of the case, at least the prosecution won't look like a bunch of blathering idiots in the public eye... and he might even be able to sway some of the Senator judges... though we know most of them have already decided which way they're voting.

Good that De Lima knows how to handle herself,. though the weight of her testimony is not very strong without participation from anyone inside the SC. With the denial of the subpoena, it remains to be seen if any will voluntarily testify.

the palace already know how this impeachment trial gonna end that's why their gearing up for the people to revolt against CJ, its now a political dilemma for the senators to vote and impeach the current CJ as the political atmosphere now shifted in balancing the VIEWS of the INC...

well Tupaz got the posistion for "whom do you know" and not by his qualifications.

Well, one can dream that the "walang kaibigan, kamag-anak, etcetera" administration would practice it in their choice of prosecutors, right?
